How we handle your information

This tool is provided by Valiant Codex ("we"), based in Barcelona, Spain. When you use the Discovery Scan, we collect the answers you give us and, if you choose to request it, your email address (and, if you provide it, your name).

What we use it for. Your answers generate your Discovery Report, shown to you directly — we don't need your email for that. If you ask for your Discovery Report+, we use your email only to send it to you.

We do not sign you up for any newsletter or marketing list from this form, and we don't share your answers with anyone else.

How long we keep it. We keep your information for up to 24 months of inactivity, after which it's deleted or we'll ask if you'd like us to keep it.

Your rights. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time, by writing to hello@valiantcodex.com. If you booked a call with us, we'll also keep basic contact details as part of our normal client-relationship records.

Where this is processed. This service runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure. If you request your Report+ or book a call, your details are also processed by our own automation platform (a self-hosted n8n instance), Google Workspace (to send you email), and Cal.com (to book the call).
